Shipping & Returns
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date on your receipt as long as it's in sellable condition (unused, clean, undamaged, all packaging intact, warranty card not filled out... basically, just how you received it). We recommend testing your gear indoors and casting with clean hands, and trying on boots on carpeted floors. Proof of purchase is required for all returns, so please include a copy of your original invoice. If you return a product in unsellable condition we will ship the product back to you and you will not receive a refund.
All of the following are considered final sale items and CANNOT be returned or refunded:
- Any items which are engraved, personalized or listed as "special order"
- Gift Cards
- Items that have been rigged or mounted onto a fly reel, this includes fly lines, backing, etc.
- Custom rigging fees
- Shipping fees
- Items on sale for more than 25% off
- Items listed as final sale or clearance
If you return an order that comes with a free gift (like a free fly line or backing), you must also return the gift. If we don't receive it, we will refund you for the items returned less the retail value of the gift.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS or FedEx. All orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email stating so with a tracking number. If you place your order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, we'll usually process your order on the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on the first following business day.
Return & Refund Policy
- An item may be return for a full refund within 30 days of the date on your receipt as long as it is NOT covered by the FINAL SALE exceptions.
- All orders placed between November 18 and December 24 can be returned for credit or exchange prior to January 15th. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, returns can be made by shipping your item(s) back to CHO. We will exchange or give you credit for any item that is in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Send the completed Return Form with any of your returns. We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible and ask that your returns are handled as we describe. Full price merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number. Your credit card account will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the returned item(s). It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original shipping box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. If you decide to return your TrueFlies item(s) using the pre-paid shipping label that is enclosed with your order, we will deduct $7.50 from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.
